Email settings

If you have purchased a hosting package including email service, you will need the following settings to configure your email client (e.g. Outlook, Windows Mail or Mac Mail):

Server settings

Incoming server:
Outgoing server:
Username: your full email address
Password: the password that was provided

Please note: should you want to use the outgoing server mentioned, this server will require authentication. You may set your mailclient to authenticate using the same login details as the incoming server. Some ISP's may block the default (SMTP) port (25). For such cases, we provide an alternative port at number 45.


You may also read your webmail through our webmail client. This is convenient in situation when your regular device is not available. To access webmail, please go to
